Private Machine Appointments Begin

Visit us in our store to test drive a machine! Call or email us today to set up a private appointment time. 

Here is how we are keeping everyone safe during these appointments:

• Appointments will take place in a separate area of our shop where you can safely distance from other customers. 

• The machines and demo area will be wiped down with disinfectant before and after each demo appointment. 

• Staff will be wearing face masks.

• Staff will use hand sanitizer before each demo, and we encourage you to also use the hand sanitizer we have available.

• When you find the perfect machine, we can do a touchless transaction and place your new machine in your vehicle - ready to go to its new home!

We carry the full line of Baby Lock sewing machines, embroidery machines, sergers, and quilting machines (plus the occasional pre-owned machine of varying brands).

Store Re-Opens for Shopping!

Doors will be open - and fabric, sewing supplies, and machines will be ready for you! We have been eagerly anticipating this moment and have brought in a lot of NEW things for you to see!

Of course, safety is at the top of our minds with welcoming you all back into our shop. For your safety, as well as the safety of our team and all customers, we have some new policies and procedures in place.

• Face masks are required for all customers, staff, and delivery personnel (with exceptions for very young children).

• Increased cleaning procedures include wiping down all high-contact surfaces throughout the day (such as door handles, check-out area, keyboard/mouse, etc.).

• We will have hand sanitizer stations available throughout the store. Please use some upon entering the store (available by the front door).

• Please maintain a safe social distance of at least 6 feet from others whenever possible.

• Please be mindful of how many items you touch in the store - staff will be happy to handle any items for you if you would like to look at something and want to limit your touch interactions.

• We are limiting the number of customers in our shop at one time - 5 customers in the large room, 3 customers in the fabric room (for a total of 8 customers at one time).

• For a safer, touchless check-out process, we will only have staff touch our credit card terminal and will create a safe distance between you and our check-out counter.

• If you are feeling unwell, please stay home. (This will apply to all staff as well.)

Curbside pick-up and shipping are still available!

We understand that some of you may not feel comfortable venturing out into stores, or perhaps you have other circumstances keeping you at home during this time.

We are happy to help gather any supplies you need - you can either place an order with us over the phone or in our online store. We’ll take care of any payment over the phone. 

Then simply call us when you are here, and a staff member can bring your items out to your car or leave them in a basket outside our front door for you to pick up.

Limited classes resuming in July

We will not be hosting any in-store classes in the month of June. We are planning to start holding small classes in July, provided that it is safe to do so. We will start with classes that teach new machine owners how to use their machines.

We will also be holding more online classes and events - working on those details now!
