Embroidery Software Event Ever wanted to know how you could edit or create embroidery designs? Curious about how embroidery software works? We are excited to present a 2-day embroidery software event with national educator Debbie Cleek! (You do not need to own any software or any particular machine to be able to attend.)
Follow along with Debbie as she shows you how to create and edit exquisite embroidery designs using Embroidery Works and Creator software. Debbie has over 20 years of embroidery and software experience and has a WEALTH of knowledge to share with you! Sewing machines will be provided for students to use in class. No sewing experience necessary! Each student will complete a pincushion, pillow case, and lap quilt. Sewing Camp starts on Monday! This Saturday, July 14 10am - 1pm Learn how to bind your quilted projects. You will learn how to cut both cross grain and bias binding strips and prepare them for binding. Try out two different ways to attach your binding to your quilt, and learn how to miter the corners. Class fee $35 Learn to Quilt Your Project
Tuesday, July 31 10:30am - 1:30pm You will learn different techniques for quilting together your quilt top, batting, and backing. You will work with a 22-inch square sample piece - we will not create an actual project in this class. There is some prep work to be done before class (some simple piecing to create the top of your sample quilt). We will provide you with a supply list and prep work instructions when you register. A walking foot is highly recommended. Class fee $35 July 2018 Kimberbell EXCLUSIVE Design Lovebirds Tandem Bicycle
In this embroidered tandem bicycle design, little lovebirds look sweet perched on the bicycle seat and handles. We adore the baskets of blossoms with fringe flowers, too.
