Kids' Advanced Beginner Sewing Camp
Kids' ADVANCED BEGINNER Sewing Camp
This Fun in the Sun-themed 3-day camp is for children 8-14 years old with previous sewing class experience.
Will be taught by our fabulous Kids' Sewing Instructors, Mary Beth and Joanie!
The projects created in this sewing camp will be DIFFERENT from the projects created in our BEGINNER Sewing Camp.
We will be making a mesh drawstring bag perfect for a dry or wet bathing suit, a pair of shorts with an elastic waist, and a bowl cozy to hold on to a cold bowl of ice cream. Participants will learn to follow pattern directions for cutting and sewing.
Your camp fee includes all of the fabric needed, plus use of one of our Baby Lock sewing machines!
We will provide the sewing machines and the materials for the projects.
If you own a Baby Lock sewing machine, please bring it with you. If you have any questions on this, please call or email us.
Basic sewing supplies are needed by each participant:
-Small sewing scissors for cutting thread and trimming

-Sewing clips (Clover clips preferred)
-Seam ripper
-Fabric marking tool- Frixion fabric marker preferred

Face masks are optional. Completed projects and fabrics used will vary from photos shown - current images used are from our Kids' Beginner Sewing Camp.
