Discover Quilting: Small Table Mat (Fabric/Materials Included)
Learn the basics of quilting as you create a small and simple table mat (placemat size). No sewing or quilting experience necessary!
You do not need to own a sewing machine to take this introductory class. (We will all be using our classroom sewing machines.)
You will have several fabric colors and thread colors to choose from to complete your unique table mat.
You will make a sampler block for the front of your mini quilt. You will then layer your quilt "sandwich" and practice some simple quilting through your 3 layers. You will then finish by using a self-binding technique or can have the option to finish as a small pillow.
Class cost includes your fabric and materials to complete the project. Everyone will finish and take home their new creations.
