Q: Do you sell fabric and supplies for face masks?
A: Yes, we do! We just got in elastic and more interfacing!
Q: Do you sell machines?
A: Yes, we do! We have a wide variety of sewing machines available - in addition to embroidery machines, sergers, and quilting machines. We can be creative in showing you which one would be the right fit for you!
Q: Do you do machine repairs?
A: Typically, we do machine servicing on all makes and models of machines. However, due to the impact of coronavirus, we are not able to accept any machines for repair at this time.
We are operating with a smaller staff and are "all hands on deck" with trying to keep the business operating as smoothly as possible (including cutting fabric for face masks and other phone orders). We also already have a line of machines that are waiting to be serviced.
We want to give you a reasonable time frame of when we can service your machine, but at this time we are not able to confidently schedule appointments. We will continue to assess our repair abilities as time goes on, but we may not be back to regular capacity until late summer. If your machine is still operational, it would be best to wait a little longer for your standard machine cleanings.
We are sorry for the inconvenience! In the meantime, you may want to consider purchasing a back-up sewing machine that can get you through any time-sensitive projects.
And finally - thank you!
We appreciate your support of our small family business. We miss you and hope to see you soon!
