A: YES! It had been on back-order for a long time, but we FINALLY got some in!

Q: Do you sell fabric and supplies for face masks?
A: Yes, we do! We just got in elastic and more interfacing!
Q: Do you sell machines?
A: Yes, we do! We have a wide variety of sewing machines available - in addition to embroidery machines, sergers, and quilting machines. We can be creative in showing you which one would be the right fit for you!
Q: Do you do machine repairs?
A: Typically, we do machine servicing on all makes and models of machines. However, due to the impact of coronavirus, our service department is taking in a limited number of machines.
We have been operating with a smaller staff and are "all hands on deck" with trying to keep the business operating as smoothly as possible. We only recently reopened our service department, and we also already have a line of machines that are waiting to be serviced.
If you purchased your Baby Lock machine with us, we can set an appointment for you to have it serviced (although we are still operating with a delay). We want to do our best to support the machines we sell.
As our service department gets more caught up, we will reassess when we can set appointments for machines not purchased with us. If your machine is still operational, it would be best to wait a little longer for your standard machine cleanings.
We are sorry for the inconvenience! In the meantime, you may want to consider purchasing a back-up sewing machine that can get you through any time-sensitive projects.
